Ingredients

  • 32 ounces grillo’s dill pickle spears
  • 8 ounces whipped cream cheese
  • 12 ounces plain greek yogurt
  • 4 ounces sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning
  • 8 ounces bacon, cooked and finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoons pickle juice
  • ½ cup chopped green onions


Instructions

  1. Chop the pickles from their container into small pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the whipped cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and 3 tablespoons of pickle juice until well combined.
  3. Incorporate the chopped pickles, chopped bacon, shredded cheese, and chopped green onions.
  4. Stir everything until the mixture is well combined.
  5. Transfer the dip back into the empty pickle container.
  6. Serve the dip with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the seasoning according to your taste.
This dip can be refrigerated for a couple of days for the flavors to meld.
