Description

Enjoy the rich flavors of this Peach Cobbler with Cake Mix, featuring juicy peaches and a crumbly topping. This easy-to-make dessert is perfect for gatherings or a cozy family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 (21 ounce) cans peach pie filling
  • 7 tablespoons butter (salted or unsalted)
  • 1 (13.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
  • ½ cup light brown sugar, divided


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 2 ½ quart baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Pour the peach pie filling into the prepared baking dish.
  3. Cut the butter into four pieces and place in a microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Microwave the butter on HIGH for about 40 seconds until melted.
  5. Add the cake mix to the melted butter and stir until it resembles crumbles.
  6. Reserve ½ cup of the crumble mixture and spread the rest over the peach filling.
  7. Mix the reserved crumble with the brown sugar, then sprinkle this topping evenly over the filling.
  8. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until browned and bubbly at the edges.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving or serve at room temperature.

Notes

For a special treat, serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Feel free to adjust the sugar based on your sweetness preference.
Can also use canned peaches for a quicker preparation.
