- 2 (21 ounce) cans peach pie filling
- 7 tablespoons butter (salted or unsalted)
- 1 (13.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
- ½ cup light brown sugar, divided
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 2 ½ quart baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Pour the peach pie filling into the prepared baking dish.
- Cut the butter into four pieces and place in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave the butter on HIGH for about 40 seconds until melted.
- Add the cake mix to the melted butter and stir until it resembles crumbles.
- Reserve ½ cup of the crumble mixture and spread the rest over the peach filling.
- Mix the reserved crumble with the brown sugar, then sprinkle this topping evenly over the filling.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until browned and bubbly at the edges.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving or serve at room temperature.
Notes
