Description

Enjoy the delightful taste of homemade Orange Creamsicles! This easy recipe combines fresh orange juice, creamy yogurt, and honey for a refreshing treat perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the orange juice, Greek yogurt, heavy cream, honey, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Evenly distribute the mixture into popsicle molds, ensuring there’s a little space at the top for expansion.
  3. Place popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for 4 to 6 hours or until set.
  4. To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull them out.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey to taste.
For a richer flavor, use freshly squeezed orange juice.
Popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to a month.
