- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the orange juice, Greek yogurt, heavy cream, honey, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Whisk until smooth.
- Evenly distribute the mixture into popsicle molds, ensuring there’s a little space at the top for expansion.
- Place popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for 4 to 6 hours or until set.
- To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull them out.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey to taste.
For a richer flavor, use freshly squeezed orange juice.
Popsicles can be stored in the freezer for up to a month.
