Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a Ninja Creami container and stir well. Freeze on a level surface for at least 18 hours.
  2. Once frozen, remove the container from the freezer and run warm water over the outside for 30 seconds to slightly thaw.
  3. Process on the Light Ice Cream setting. If the mixture appears powdery or crumbly, add a splash of milk and respin.

Notes
