Description

Enjoy delicious Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs that are easy to prepare and perfectly cooked. With simple ingredients and a quick process, these eggs are ideal for adding to salads or enjoying as a healthy snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 eggs (room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Gently wash any dirt or debris from the eggs if sourced from your own flock.
  2. Add the trivet to the pressure cooker and pour 1 cup of water into the pot. Arrange the room-temperature eggs in a single layer on the trivet, ensuring they are above the water.
  3. Secure the lid and set the lever to the sealing position. Select high pressure for 5 minutes on the Instant Pot.
  4. After cooking, allow the pressure to naturally release for 5 minutes. Then, perform a quick release to vent any remaining steam.
  5. Move the eggs into a bowl filled with ice water to cool for 5 minutes. Peel the eggs and enjoy, or store in the fridge for later use.

Notes

Using room temperature eggs helps achieve the best results in pressure cooking.
Eggs can be served plain or used in various recipes.
