Description

Cream Cheese Bacon Ranch Pinwheels are a delightful appetizer featuring soft tortillas filled with creamy ranch-flavored cheese and crispy bacon. Perfect for gatherings, this mouthwatering recipe is simple to prepare and offers a burst of flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 oz package dry ranch seasoning
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb bacon, chopped and cooked

Instructions

  1. Chop the bacon into ½-1 inch pieces and cook in a skillet over medium heat, stirring often until fully cooked.
  2. Transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with the ranch seasoning until well combined.
  4. Place a tortilla on a flat surface and spread a quarter of the cream cheese mixture evenly over it.
  5. Sprinkle 2 oz of shredded cheddar cheese across the entire tortilla.
  6. Add a quarter of the cooked bacon pieces on top of the cheese.
  7. Roll the tortilla tightly and place it on a baking sheet.
  8. Repeat these steps for the remaining tortillas.
  9. Refrigerate the rolled pinwheels for 1-2 hours, then slice them into 1-2 inch sections.
  10. Arrange the pinwheels upright to form circular shapes.
  11. Chill until ready to serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding chopped green onions or diced jalapeños to the cream cheese mixture.
These pinwheels can be made a day in advance; just store them in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
