- ⅓ cup brown sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract

- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup seedless jam
- 4 oz white baking bark, or white chocolate chips
Instructions
- Chop 4 ounces of the white baking bar or chips, then set aside.
Notes
Make sure to use seedless jam for a clean filling.
Allow the cookies to cool slightly before adding the jam.
You can substitute the almond extract with extra vanilla if desired.
