Description

These Pot of Gold Jello Shots are a fun and delightful treat featuring a vibrant mix of lemon jello and whisky, topped with fluffy whipped cream and colorful candy. They’re perfect for gatherings and easy to prepare, making them a favorite for both kids and adults alike!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 3.4-oz package lemon or pineapple jello
  • ½ cup cold whisky
  • 1 cup cool whip
  • gold sprinkles
  • rainbow candy pieces


Instructions

  1. In a small pan, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Add Jell-O mix and whisk until dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and whisk in 1 more cup of cold water and the whiskey.
  3. Place shot glasses on a tray and pour in jello mixture until about ⅔ full.
  4. Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until fully set.
  5. Top each cup with whipped cream and a rainbow piece.

Notes

Feel free to use any flavor of jello for a unique twist.
Make sure to allow enough time for the jello to set before serving.
