Description

Make Ahead Freezer Breakfast Sandwiches offer a delightful mix of eggs, cheese, and savory bacon, all tucked inside an English muffin. This simple and mouthwatering recipe is perfect for busy mornings or quick meals, ensuring tasty breakfasts are just a microwave away.


Ingredients

  • 14 large eggs
  • ½ cup whole milk or half and half
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried parsley, or 1 tablespoon fresh, finely chopped
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
  • 12 pieces back bacon or sausage patties
  • 12 slices cheese
  • 12 english muffins


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350℉ and lightly grease a 9×13" pan (preferably with straight edges).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk or half and half, salt, and parsley.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 20-30 minutes until completely set.
  4. Allow the baked mixture to cool for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

Notes

These sandwiches can be assembled and frozen ahead of time, making breakfast super convenient.
