- ¼ cup fresh dill
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- black pepper to taste
- 2 cooked chicken breasts
- ¼ cup red onion
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ – 1 cup english cucumber
- ½ lemon squeezed
Instructions
- Combine all of the dressing ingredients in the bowl of a food processor or a high-speed blender, or use an immersion blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding 1-2 tablespoons of water to thin if needed.
Notes
