- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can (10 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup half and half
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 8 ounces ham (slices or diced)
- 6 slices swiss cheese
- 2 cups crushed ritz crackers
- 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly spray a 9×13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, half and half, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the casserole dish.
- Add the ham on top of the chicken mixture followed by layering the Swiss cheese slices over the ham.
- Combine crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter in a small bowl until resembling wet sand, then spread over the cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let the casserole sit for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can use rotisserie chicken for a quicker prep time.
Feel free to substitute ham with turkey for a lighter version.
