Description

This Easter Punch is a delightful blend of raspberry sherbet, tropical punch, and 7UP, making it a perfect drink for festive gatherings. With a few simple ingredients and quick preparation, it’s incredibly refreshing and fun. Customize it with colorful garnishes for a more festive touch!


Ingredients

  • 1 quart raspberry sherbet
  • 45 ounces tropical punch tampico
  • 45 ounces 7up
  • easter sprinkles optional garnish
  • Lemon Slices optional garnish
  • Mini Marshmallows optional garnish
  • pink and yellow peeps, bunnies and chicks optional garnish


Instructions

  1. Scoop the raspberry sherbet into the bottom of a 1-gallon pitcher.
  2. Pour the tropical punch over the sherbet and stir until it’s about halfway dissolved.
  3. Add the 7UP on top of the mixture and give it a gentle stir to maintain the bubbles.
  4. Serve in glasses topped with mini marshmallows, Peeps, Easter sprinkles, or lemon slices as desired.
  5. Add a colorful straw to each cup, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

Adjust the sweetness by varying the amount of tropical punch used.
Make it ahead of time for easier serving at gatherings.
For adult versions, consider adding a splash of your favorite spirit.
