Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 pounds corned beef brisket
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • peppercorns and seasoning that comes with the corned beef

  1. Place the corned beef in the slow cooker and cover it with beef broth, water, thyme, and peppercorn seasonings.
  2. Layer the red potatoes on top of the brisket, followed by the carrots. Cover and cook on high for 6-7 hours.
  3. In the final hour of cooking, add the cabbage wedges.
