Description

This Crock Pot Beer Cheese Dip is a must-try! Featuring creamy cheese, rich lager, and savory spices, it’s easy to make and perfect for parties or cozy nights in.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup lager
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 chopped green onion for garnish


Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the pot of the Crock Pot.
  2. Place lid on the pot and set heat to HIGH, timing for 1 hour.
  3. Stir ingredients every 10-15 minutes until cheese melts.
  4. Taste and adjust seasonings with more salt or red pepper if needed.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onion if desired.
  6. Serve warm with pretzels, kettle chips, grilled sausages, and veggies.

Notes

For a smoother dip, blend ingredients before adding to the Crock Pot.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
