- 12 ounces softened cream cheese
- 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup lager
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 chopped green onion for garnish
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the pot of the Crock Pot.
- Place lid on the pot and set heat to HIGH, timing for 1 hour.
- Stir ingredients every 10-15 minutes until cheese melts.
- Taste and adjust seasonings with more salt or red pepper if needed.
- Garnish with chopped green onion if desired.
