Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper or grease it generously.

- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and uniform.

- Carefully fold in the old fashioned oats and chocolate chips, ensuring everything is evenly distributed. Spread the batter in the prepared pan.
- Place in the oven and bake for 18 to 24 minutes, until the center is set and the edges turn lightly golden.
