Description

Biscoff Truffles offer an irresistible combination of creamy and crunchy textures, featuring crushed Biscoff cookies, cream cheese, and chocolate. This quick and delightful treat is perfect for any occasion or simply as a sweet indulgence at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package biscoff cookies
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream or milk
  • 1½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Sprinkles, optional

Instructions

  1. Crush the Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. In a bowl, mix the cookie crumbs with softened cream cheese and heavy cream until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  3. Scoop the mixture and roll it into small balls.
  4. Place the rolled balls in the refrigerator and chill for 15 minutes.
  5. In a microwave or double boiler, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips with vegetable oil until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle in the melted chocolate and place them back on the tray.
  7. Chill the chocolate-covered truffles until the coating is set.

Notes

For a fun twist, add different toppings like crushed nuts or coconut flakes.
Ensure the cream cheese is fully softened for easier mixing.
These truffles can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
