Description

Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe avocados halved with pits removed
  • 1 small can diced green chiles
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice from half a lime
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons tabasco sauce
  • 1 cup cottage cheese


Instructions

  1. Scoop the insides of the avocados into a medium mixing bowl and mash well.
  2. Add the diced green chiles and mash them into the avocado.
  3. Mix in the lime juice, Tabasco sauce, sea salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Stir in the cottage cheese until fully blended.
  5. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
