- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon dried parsley
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- pinch of red pepper flakes optional
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 2–3 minutes with the basket inserted.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced zucchini with olive oil, salt, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes (if desired), mixing until fully coated.
- Place the zucchini in the air fryer basket in a single layer, frying in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 9–11 minutes, tossing every 3 minutes, until the zucchini is golden around the edges and tender.
