Description

Savor the delightful flavor of Air Fryer Salmon Bites with Creamy Lemon Dill Sauce. This easy recipe combines tender salmon with a tangy sauce, perfect for a quick and healthy dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • lbs salmon fillets skin removed, cut into -inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • 1 small garlic clove finely grated
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and lightly grease the basket.
  2. Pat the salmon cubes dry with paper towels. In a mixing bowl, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, black pepper, lemon pepper seasoning, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Place the seasoned salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket, spacing them apart for air circulation.
  4. Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket or flipping the pieces halfway through. The salmon should be golden and flaky but moist.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped dill, and grated garlic until smooth. Season with salt as needed.
  6. Serve the salmon bites warm with the creamy lemon dill sauce on top or as a dip.

Notes

Ensure the salmon is dry before seasoning for better crispiness.
Try garnishing with extra dill or lemon zest for added flavor.
Adjust the sauce ingredients to taste for a personalized dip.
